Dr. Ruby Gupta is a values driven leader, educator, researcher and a consultant who seeks to identify the strengths of her students, team members, clients and colleagues bringing together the key parties to deliver on operational goals.
She is a seasoned academician with over twenty years of experience in various roles including but not limited to teaching in the Indo-Canadian post- secondary sector.
As a landed immigrant –she clearly recognized the challenges of immigrants who are taking their first steps on the foreign land and progressed towards the role of a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant holding her client’s interest with utmost priority. As a Founder & Director of Rational Immigration Consultancy Services, Dr. Gupta’s mission is to progress her clients’ immigration journey rationally. As she truly believes the decision of IRCC does not impacts only a “FILE” but the whole “LIFE” of her client and the involved family.
Dr. Gupta holds a Doctorate in Biomedical Sciences from University of Delhi, India, a Provincial Instructors Diploma (with Honours) from Vancouver Community College, and an Immigration Consultant Certificate (with Honours) from University Of British Columbia, Vancouver. She has a vast experience in her practice comprising of advising, counselling, and guiding clients regarding their immigration goals and representing their interests to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), Employment and Skills Development Canada (ESDC), and the ATIP Division.
Dr. Gupta speaks three languages fluently. She is a passionate advocate of higher education and immigration consulting profession and is constantly working toward raising its standards. To this end, she volunteers her time with various professional associations, community events, post- secondary institutions and is always approachable to new & potential immigrants and international students who wish to discuss their immigration matters with her.
